Which device do I have?

Before ordering a case or accessory, it's wise to first find out your exact model, to ensure everything fits. On this page, we'll show you how to do that yourself for each device in a few clicks, without having to take anything apart.

iPhone

How can you tell which iPhone you have?

The easiest way is through the Settings app on your device itself. In a few taps, you'll see the model name — for example, iPhone 15 Pro — literally spelled out, so you don't have to compare model numbers.

Find your model name via Settings

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap on General
  3. Tap on About. Here you will find your model name (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro). This is the correct answer.

  1. Open the Settings app on your Samsung device
  2. Scroll all the way down and tap on About phone (sometimes called About device)

iPad

How to check which iPad you have?

On an iPad, the model name in Settings is often generic (e.g., just iPad Pro, without generation or year). That's why it works a little differently than with an iPhone: you need the A-number, which you'll look up in the table at the bottom of this section.

Find your A-number via Settings

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPad
  2. Tap General, then About
  3. Tap Model Number once. The code will change to a number starting with the letter A, followed by 4 digits (e.g., A2588).
  4. Look up this A-number in the table below — there you'll immediately see which iPad model you have, including inch size and year of manufacture.

MacBook

How do you find the right size MacBook case?

For MacBook cases, you only need the inch size — the exact model name or year of manufacture doesn't matter. We have two sizes: 13/14-inch and 15/16-inch. Below, you'll see in one step where to find that information.

Find your inch size via the Apple menu

  1. Click the Apple logo in the top left corner
  2. Choose About This Mac
  3. Under "MacBook Air" or "MacBook Pro", you'll directly see the inch size (e.g., 14-inch, 2023)
  4. Do you have a 13- or 14-inch? Choose your 13/14-inch case. Do you have a 15- or 16-inch? Choose your 15/16-inch case.

Apple Watch

How to find the right size Apple Watch band?

For bands, you only need the case size in mm — no model name or generation. You can simply read it off the back of your Apple Watch, where it is engraved. Apple divides them into two compatible groups: 38/40/41mm and 42/44/45/46/49mm.

Find your case size on the back

  1. Take off your Apple Watch and turn it over
  2. On the back, the case size is engraved in the curve around the heart rate sensor, such as 42MM, 41MM, or 45MM
  3. Do you have a 38, 40 or 41mm? Choose a 38/40/41mm strap. Do you have a 42, 44, 45, 46 or 49mm? Choose a 42/44/45/46/49mm strap.
