Find your model name via Settings
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap on General
- Tap on About. Here you will find your model name (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro). This is the correct answer.
Before ordering a case or accessory, it's wise to first find out your exact model, to ensure everything fits. On this page, we'll show you how to do that yourself for each device in a few clicks, without having to take anything apart.
The easiest way is through the Settings app on your device itself. In a few taps, you'll see the model name — for example, iPhone 15 Pro — literally spelled out, so you don't have to compare model numbers.
On a Samsung, it's called the product name — for example, Galaxy S24 — and it's literally spelled out in the Settings. One glance and you'll know which model you have, without having to compare SM codes.
On an iPad, the model name in Settings is often generic (e.g., just iPad Pro, without generation or year). That's why it works a little differently than with an iPhone: you need the A-number, which you'll look up in the table at the bottom of this section.
Do you have your A-number? Enter it below or search the table to see which iPad model it belongs to.

For MacBook cases, you only need the inch size — the exact model name or year of manufacture doesn't matter. We have two sizes: 13/14-inch and 15/16-inch. Below, you'll see in one step where to find that information.
For bands, you only need the case size in mm — no model name or generation. You can simply read it off the back of your Apple Watch, where it is engraved. Apple divides them into two compatible groups: 38/40/41mm and 42/44/45/46/49mm.
